Car Mat Kings reserves the right to amend any policy or terms and conditions at any time without prior notification. By purchasing from our website, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the above terms and conditions listed here.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These terms and conditions (the "T&Cs") apply to www.carmatkings.sg (the "Site") and form the terms and conditions on which we supply products and services to you. Please read through the T&Cs prior to using the Site. Your use of the Site indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the T&Cs.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify us and hold us and our partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, and damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your access of, use of and/or participation in this Site, including (i) any claims of infringement of a third party’s rights; (ii) damage to tangible property, bodily injury, or death; (iii) negligence or willful misconduct caused or attributable to you or any of your agents, and (iv) breaches of your obligations under these T&Cs.

ONLINE ORDER SELECTION & PAYMENT

Please ensure that you have selected the correct item before completing the checkout process. We will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed in our online system and we will not be held liable in the event that the wrong item is selected. Your order is only secured and confirmed upon submission of your payment. In order to process your order efficiently, we are unable to make any changes once your order has been confirmed. In the event that we are unable to fulfil/ship your order, a refund will be made to your original mode of payment online. We reserve the right to accept or decline any and all orders received from or through the Site in our sole and absolute discretion.

If we are unable to process your order, we will inform you of this. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources for which we could not reasonably plan, because a credit reference we have obtained for you does not meet our minimum requirements, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product, or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.

PRICING

All prices stated on our website are in Singapore Dollars. All payments have to be made in Singapore Dollars. Pricing is fixed and non-negotiable. For international customers purchasing from other countries outside of Singapore, please note that any taxes or customs fees in regard to your purchase are to be held responsible by the customer.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

We do not accept returns for any of our items. However, incorrect or defective items received are eligible for replacements. Kindly email us at info@carmatkings.sg within 14 days with a snapshot of the incorrect item or area of defect, along with your invoice number/order ID for verification purposes and to further process an exchange to the correct item for you. Refer to our RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS page for more information. If it is past the stipulated timelines, we will not proceed with your requests.
